These are still unconfirmed and it appears people are hedging: Rumors from CUNY land are that the second half of the CARES funding can be used to replace the expected state cuts (to some degree). This is not official.
Rumors are that the Chancellor has informed the presidents to prepare for a 10% cut. What is not clear is 10% of what?
